Our blood and DNA tests are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, and our rapid tests are dispatched using first class shipping. Upon dispatch, you can expect delivery of your order within two to three working days.

A prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label is included in your DNA/blood test kit. Royal Mail aims to deliver your kit within two working days.

Due to the nature of biological samples, it is difficult to ensure their stability for testing by the time they reach us, so at this time we are a UK only company. But as we grow and expand that may change.
