Our kits are provided with a ready-to-use return postal bag and a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked returns label. You can take this to any Royal Mail post box or post office. Alternately, you can use Royal Mail’s collect from home service at no additional charge by entering the tracking number or postage ID.
If you have been asked to collect your sample on a specific day of your cycle e.g. day 3, 14, 21 but it lands outside the window to post samples, we recommend the following:
- On a Friday: we recommend you collect your sample the day before (Thursday).
- On a Saturday or Sunday: we recommend you collect your sample on the following Monday and advise you use a priority post box in time for that day’s collection.
Alternatively, if you have a regular cycle, you can collect your sample the following month.
If you have used a Royal Mail returns label, you can track the progress of your sample here. We will also let you know via email notification once your sample has been received by our lab. Please ensure you note down your Royal Mail Tracking Number prior to posting your kit back to us, so that you can track it.
