Orders can only be returned within 14 days of delivery, providing the outer packaging it arrives in has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with whatsoever.
If you intend to return your test, please contact us at care@myhealthchecked.com to let us know. Returns shipping is at your own cost, and the order remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
