Yes, you will need a MyHealthChecked account to register and manage your appointment.
After booking your appointment through the Boots website, you will receive an email inviting you to register your appointment. Clicking the link in the email will guide you through the process of creating a MyHealthChecked account.

Yes, you can purchase one of our blood testing services as a gift for someone else. However, the individual who will be attending the appointment and taking the test must create their own MyHealthChecked account and complete the registration process themselves.
It is important that all account details and registration information belong to the person being tested. This account will be used for all communications and appointment details. Ensuring the information is accurate helps us provide a safe and reliable service and supports the correct interpretation and processing of test results.
If the person being tested requires assistance with registration or account setup, such as elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or those who need additional support, they or their representative can contact our Customer Care team at care@myhealthchecked.com. We will be happy to provide guidance and assistance where appropriate.
