Yes. We take data security extremely seriously and have robust protocols in place to safeguard our customers' information. We collaborate with a partner laboratory for bloods and DNA sample analysis, and only ID numbers - no names - are shared along with the samples.

Any sample you provide to us will be retained for up to 10 days, and your genetic data will be stored for one month. However, you retain the option to contact us at any time to request its destruction, and we will promptly comply.
