Once your sample has been analysed at our lab and reviewed by our medical experts, your results will be published on your dashboard. You will also be sent an email to notify you that your results are ready to review. To log in to your dashboard, click here.
Yes, once you receive your results they will be accessible on your dashboard. We have built our tests to ensure that any results are relevant and easy to interpret should you wish to share them with other healthcare professionals.
If your sample arrives to our lab in an untestable state, for example, if your test tube has leaked in transit, a member of our Customer Care Team will contact you via email to arrange what happens next.
Our test will not tell you your blood type.
Once you have activated your kit, you will be asked to submit a patient health assessment. As part of this assessment, we will ask you for information about your health and lifestyle, including any regular medication that you take. It is essential you complete this assessment prior to sending your sample back. In the rare case that the medication you submit may interact with your results, our doctors can use the information you submit in your assessment to advise you on any results that may be impacted. If you need any assistance please contact our Customer Care Team as early as possible via care@myhealthchecked.com.
Once our lab has received your sample, it will be analysed and then reviewed by one of our medical experts. Your results will be issued within 48 - 72 hours from receipt at our lab.

In some circumstances, it may not be possible to process your results in 48-72 hours from receipt at our lab. When this occurs or we need more information from you to provide your results, you will receive an email communication and an update in your dashboard to advise you on next steps.
