Once your sample has been analysed at our lab and reviewed by our medical experts, your results will be published on your dashboard. Our doctor may call you to discuss your results prior to these being published on your dashboard. You will also be sent an email to notify you that your results are ready to review. To log in to your dashboard, please click here.

This result means that your Sexual Health test has reacted to antibodies within the sample. This does not necessarily mean that you will test positive for an infection but indicates that a confirmatory venous blood test is required to establish this.

If you receive an unconfirmed reactive result for HIV or syphilis it means that your Sexual Health test has reacted to antibodies within the blood. This does not necessarily mean that you will test positive for HIV or syphilis but indicates that a confirmatory venous blood test is required to establish this.

It is your responsibility to contact your local sexual health clinic urgently to arrange a confirmatory venous blood test with a medically trained professional who will discuss the process with you in more detail.

During your patient health assessment, we will ask you for further information surrounding your health and lifestyle, including any regular medication. This is so our doctor can provide you with the most accurate results.

Kits purchased from our website will be sent in unmarked outer packaging. Please check with your retailer if you are buying this from them directly.

On each of our product pages, you will find a section titled 'who is this test for?', which will tell you who the test is suitable for.

The tubes that we use in our sample collection kits contain an ingredient called an anticoagulant that ensures your sample is kept stable in transport. To ensure this ingredient works effectively, please follow the instructions in your kit closely and ensure you post your sample back to our lab on the following days only Monday - Thursday.

Do not collect or return your samples on a weekend or Bank Holiday as there will be postal delays.

This can vary on the type of test kit you have selected. Please refer to the 'instructions for use' leaflet in your sample collection kit for further information.

If you need to obtain more blood to reach the fill line, gently massage your palm toward your finger. If you are unable to fill the tube to the minimum amount required, use one of the additional lancets provided to repeat the process on another finger. Please refer to your 'instructions for use' leaflet for tips on blood collection or follow the link or QR code on your test packaging to watch our step-by-step guide on how to perform your test.

This self-test kit is designed for adults aged 18 and over only.
