There are a few simple steps that you need to complete your blood test. Please follow the instructions below or simply watch this instructional video by clicking here.

1. Login to your MyHealthChecked account (using a desktop browser or a mobile) or click here.

2. Select "Activate Test" on the sidebar menu.

3. Click the "Activate a blood test" button.

4. Enter the Barcode number enclosed in the package.

5. Enter your Royal Mail tracking number.

6. You will need to enter your personal details.

7. Follow the instructions on how to collect your sample.

8. Enter the date and time you collect your sample. Your sample is now activated.

9. Next, complete your Health Assessment so that our doctors can provide a more comprehensive assessment when reviewing your test results.

Please note that if you are taking a Menopause or PCOS test, filling out the Health Assessment is mandatory; otherwise, we won't be able to provide your test results.

You will receive an email notification once you have successfully activated your test as confirmation, and we will take care of the rest for you.

The activation reminder plays a crucial role in expediting the processing of your sample and obtaining your test results. It guarantees that your information is properly registered for your test. If you've received an activation email reminder, it signifies that our system has detected incomplete registration of your details. Consequently, our lab cannot proceed with the analysis of your sample.

4. Finally, fill out any areas that you might have missed. The most important piece of information to submit is the collection date and time.
