Our tests are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Same day dispatch is possible if ordered Monday to Friday before 12 noon and Saturdays before 10.00am. Please note, Royal Mail do not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your delivery.

Information on the reliability of our tests can be found on our science pages. Our sample collection kits are CE marked. CE marking lets a UK consumer know that a product is safe and meets European standards. You can also view our privacy policy, to view our commitment to protecting and respecting your privacy.

On each of our product pages, you will find a section titled 'who is this test for?', which will tell you who the test is suitable for.

Your sample collection kit will contain: - An 'instructions for use' leaflet - Lancets - Alcohol wipes - Plasters - Blood collection tube/s - A Barcode labels - Specimen transport bag with absorbent pad - Return postage bag with prepaid label1 x Instructions for Use leaflet. The number of tubes you receive will depend on which kind of test you have ordered. Please refer to the Instructions for Use Leaflet to see the check list for your kit. Do not proceed with the sample collection if any component is missing. Please email care@myhealthchecked.com immediately for a replacement kit.

Yes, this product can be gifted. Please ensure the kit is activated for the person who will be using the test.

We do not currently take orders over the phone. All orders can be placed via our website at myhealthchecked.com/our-tests.

You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days from when we deliver the order of your online purchase of a sample collection kit from our website and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. However, as sample collection kits are sealed for health protection or sterile purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them then unless faulty, we are unable to provide a refund. All requests for cancellation must be submitted using the contact form on the contact us page.

For cancellation requests state ‘Cancellation Request Order#’ within the subject line. Please provide the order number (Order#) provided upon order submission. Once your request has been submitted we will contact you by email with instructions on how to process your request.

Where a sample collection kit is purchased in-store or online through one of our partners, please refer to that store’s terms for cancellation and refund of those sample collection kits.
