Receiving test kit
Shipping method varies by test
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1 pm for our Fit-to-Fly PCR Test, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for our Fit-to-Fly Rapid Antigen Test, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our Rapid Antigen Test 5-pack. All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of being placed.
Fast Delivery
Same day dispatch is possible if ordered Monday to Friday before 12 noon.
Sundays & Public Holidays
Please note Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these days.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to help find out when your delivery will arrive.
Royal Mail Delays
We cannot guarantee the Royal Mail service or delivery times as it is outside of our control. In the exceptional case where a product is out of stock or shipments are delayed, we will notify you immediately.
Sending your test kit back
Returning your test kit back
We provide a Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label for returning your COVID samples back to our lab in Manchester.
Royal Mail Priority Box
If you use this returns label, it is essential that you use a Royal Mail Priority Post Box when returning your sample.
Sundays & Public Holidays
Please note: Royal Mail does not deliver any samples to our lab on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. If you are travelling on a Tuesday or Wednesday to a country that requires a test to be taken 72 hours prior to travel, please consider using a guaranteed service to return your sample to us as Royal Mail is not a suitable option for you.
Sample back to our lab
In each test kit there is a Royal Mail Tracked 24 pre-paid postage bag for you to send your sample back to our lab.
Email confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your sample has arrived in our lab and the process has started.
Results within 24-36 hours
Results will be sent out within 24-36 hours of scanning it into our system.
Royal Mail Priority Postboxes
Providing your sample has been posted in one of the clearly identified Royal Mail Priority Postboxes, as instructed, Royal Mail aims to deliver your sample to our lab in the next day.
Note: to track your test please make a note of your tracking number, as we do not keep a record of this.
