If you bought directly via MyHealthChecked.com
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days from when we deliver your online order of a sample collection kit from our website and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. However, as sample collection kits are sealed for health protection or sterile purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them then unless faulty, we are unable to provide a refund.
How to make a cancellation
For cancellation inquiries, please reach out to us via email at care@myhealthchecked.com. Kindly use 'Cancellation Request' as your subject line and include your order number in the email for quick processing.
Upon receiving your email, our dedicated customer care team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. We aim to respond promptly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Please ensure you keep your tracking details and proof of postage for your return. Refunds are issued within 5 business days to the card that you made the payment with. Your bank may take an additional 5 - 10 days to process the refund.
If you bought via our retail partners
Where a sample collection kit is purchased in-store or online through one of our partners, please refer to that store’s terms for cancellation and refund.
Returns
Orders can only be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the outer packaging has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with whatsoever.
Please return your kit in the outer packaging it arrives in to the return address shown below (this can also be found on the packaging). You should send the order back to us so we can look to process your refund. Please do not open the package your kit was sent to you in, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
