Royal Mail 1st Class
Rapid tests are shipped on Royal Mail’s 1st class postal service. Same-day dispatch is possible if ordered Monday to Friday before 12 noon.

Sundays & Public Holidays
Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these days.

Royal Mail Delays
We cannot guarantee the Royal Mail service or delivery times as they’re outside of our control. In the exceptional case where a product is out of stock or shipments are delayed, we will notify you immediately.
