All orders received before 12pm on Weekdays and 10am on Saturday are dispatched via Royal Mail for next day delivery. Orders placed after the cut off time, on Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please be advised, Day 5 Test to Release is not automatically eligible for next day delivery as your kit must arrive on Day 5 of your isolation. This is in line with the requirements of the UK Government. Please note, Government guidance is updated regularly. Please visit www.gov.uk for the most up to date information

We’ll send your kit to the address you give us when you place your order – for most tests, this is where you’re staying or isolating or, for Test-To-Release, the address you’ll be arriving at in England. Please note we are dispatching orders via ‘1st Class Signed For’ Delivery.

Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver within 24 hours, but we are unable to guarantee Royal Mails delivery times and so advise ordering as early as possible to prevent disappointment. Please note, Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday. Please factor this into your travel planning timings.

To activate your test visit the dedicated Activation page on our website. You will be asked to enter the barcode on your sample tube and then to complete a number of steps on each page. It’s important to remember that what you enter at point of activation will appear on your test certificate.

To avoid any undenary delays please ensure you have double checked all information before completing your activation. Please check all of your details carefully before activating your test, as errors may not be able to be amended. Please appreciate that our Care Team cannot amend the date or time of test once it has been submitted.

Samples for COVID-19 testing must be posted before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, in a Royal Mail Priority Post Box. This is a normal red post box which has been given a priority status for COVID-19 samples. Find your nearest box here.

Royal Mail does not deliver samples to our laboratory on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Therefore, if you are travelling on a Tuesday or a Wednesday to a country which requires a test taken 72 hours prior to travel, Royal Mail postage may not be a suitable option for you.

Please track your package when it is in transit so that you are aware of its whereabouts. MyHealthChecked cannot be held responsible for matters outside of our direct control.

Our home testing has enabled us to provide efficient test results to many thousands of happy customers. However in a small number of instances, aspects outside of our control mean that customers’ target timeframes are not reached. Conversely, in many cases we exceed these timelines and are able to provide results faster than our advertised timeframes. It is essential that you track your test once you post it back to us so that any unexpected matters are brought to your attention without delay.
