Covid Test Cancellations & Returns
You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days from when we deliver the order of your online purchase of a Covid Test from our website and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. However, as Covid Tests are sealed for health protection or sterile purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them, then unless faulty we are unable to provide a refund. All requests for cancellation must be submitted using the contact form on the contact us page.
For cancellation requests state ‘Cancellation Request Order#’ within the subject line. Please provide the order number (Order#) provided upon order submission. Once your request has been submitted we will contact you by email with instructions on how to process your request.
Where a Covid Test is purchased in-store or online through one of our partners, please refer to that store’s terms for cancellation and refund of those Covid Tests.
Orders can only be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the outer packaging it arrives in has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with whatsoever.
Please return your kit in the outer packaging it arrives in, to the return address shown on the packaging it was sent to you in, you should re-package this and send it back to us so we can look to process your refund. Please do not open the package your kit was sent to you in otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
Please ensure you keep your tracking details/proof of postage for your return. Refunds are issued within 5 business days to the card that you made the payment with. Your bank may take an additional 5 - 10 days to process the refund
