All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Same day dispatch is possible if ordered Monday to Friday before 12 noon and Saturdays before 10.00am. Please note Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to help find out when your delivery will arrive.

The results are reliable as long as the instructions are carefully followed. To confirm your result, or to get an exact measurement of the biomarker in your blood, you might want to consider taking a confirmatory blood test. This type of test is sent off to a laboratory for analysis to give an accurate reading. You can then take your results to a healthcare professional who will give you advice on what to do next.

Iron deficiency (ferritin) rapid test - over 95% accurate

Thyroid (TSH) rapid test - over 98% accurate

Vitamin D rapid test - The Vitamin D rapid test cassette provides only a semi-quantitative analytical result.

Your test kit will include an ‘Instructions for use' leaflet as well as a lancet, alcohol wipes, a blood dropper and a test cassette. Please refer to the ‘Instructions for use’ leaflet to check the full component list. Do not proceed with the sample collection if any component is missing. Please email care@myhealthchecked.com immediately for a replacement kit.
