All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Same-day dispatch is possible for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon and on Saturdays before 10:00 am. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays, and we do not dispatch orders on these days. When the ‘Instructions for use' are followed, your results are reliable. If you are taking a test that involves a blood sample, we recommend following up your result with a confirmatory blood test. With this type of test, your sample is sent to a laboratory for analysis and you will get an exact measurement of a marker in your blood. You can then take your results to a healthcare professional who will give you advice on what to do next.

The contents of each kit vary based on the required sample type. The instructions for use leaflet in your kit will give you the full checklist but see below what your kit should contain based on your sample type.

For a rapid test that requires a blood sample: instruction leaflet, procedure card, lancets, alcohol wipes, and a test cassette.

For a rapid test that requires a stool sample: either a dipstick test or a test cassette, an instruction leaflet, procedure card, sample collection tube, reaction tube, and stool catcher.

For a rapid test that requires a semen sample: instruction leaflet, procedure card, test cassette, collection cup, a semen transfer device, and dilution buffer.

Do not proceed with the sample collection if any component is missing. Please email care@myhealthchecked.com immediately for a replacement kit.

You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days from when we deliver the order of your online purchase of a sample collection kit from our website and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. However, as sample collection kits are sealed for health protection or sterile purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them then unless faulty, we are unable to provide a refund. All requests for cancellation must be submitted using the contact form on the contact us page.

For cancellation requests state ‘Cancellation Request Order#’ within the subject line. Please provide the order number (Order#) provided upon order submission. Once your request has been submitted we will contact you by email with instructions on how to process your request.

Where a sample collection kit is purchased in-store or online through one of our partners, please refer to that store’s terms for cancellation and refund of those sample collection kits.
