We recommend doing this before making a purchase or posting a test to one of our laboratories. This applies whether you purchased directly from MyHealthChecked or through one of our retail partners.

We rely on Royal Mail for dispatching some of our products and for the return of all completed test kits to our laboratories. Royal Mail experiences increased demand over the Easter holiday, and customers are encouraged to follow their seasonal posting guidance.

If your kit is posted outside of the stated holiday hours, there is a risk that delays in reaching our laboratory may cause the sample to become unstable and therefore untestable.
