Easter Holiday Opening Hours
Over the Easter holiday period, please be sure to check the opening hours for the services we offer in the table below.
Please do this before you make your purchase or post a test to one of our laboratories. This advice applies whether you have purchased directly from MyHealthChecked or from one of our retail partners.
We rely on the Royal Mail to deliver some of our products from our distribution centre to customers, and for the transportation of all completed test kits to our laboratories. At this time of year Royal Mail experiences exceptional demand and has issued specific guidance to customers on using their service at this time.
Last Order Date for Pre-Easter Dispatch
Please place your order for any of products by 12:00pm (midday) on Thursday 17th April 2025, for dispatch before Easter.
Returning Completed Tests
DNA Sample Return
Due to the stability of the sample provided you are able to return your tests as per the guidance within the instructions for use leaflet.
Blood Sample Return
Due to Royal Mail service levels over bank holidays please do not return your samples to the lab from Tuesday 15th April 2025 to Tuesday 22nd April 2025. This is to avoid potential delays in the sample arriving at our laboratory, which may impact the stability of your sample for testing.
