Important PCR Update - 15.03.23

We kindly ask all customers to check their PCR Covid Testing Kits prior to use.

It is important that your PCR is used within its expiry date. The expiry can be found on the back of your PCR Kit on the bottom left-hand side.

If your PCR Test Kit has passed its expiry date, please do not use the kit. Our Customer Care Team are happy to assist you via care@myhealthchecked.com

Christmas Dispatch - Update 21.12.22

Our last day of dispatching orders prior to Christmas 2022 has now passed.

Any orders placed after 12 pm on Tuesday 20th December 2022 will be dispatched when dispatch recommences on Tuesday 3rd of January 2023.

Seasonal Opening Hours & Last Dispatch Date

It’s very important that you check the opening hours for the services we offer in the table below before you make your purchase. 

Due to the ongoing Royal Mail strike action, if you are traveling and require a PCR, over the leading up to or during the Seasonal period our PCR test will not be suitable for you on this occasion and it is essential to take this into consideration.

Last Order Date for Pre-Christmas Dispatch

Please ensure you order a COVID-19 PCR, DNA or an Antigen test by 12:00pm onFriday 16th December 2022, for guaranteed delivery before Christmas (this will be subject to Royal Mail deliveries).

COVID-19 PCR or DNA -Sample Return

If you choose to use Royal Mail, please ensure that you post this via a Priority Post Box with a last collection time of no later than midday (12:00pm), Monday December 19th2022. Our lab will issue your COVID-19 results within 48 hours of receipt at our lab and DNA tests within 7-10 days.

Royal Mail will not be delivering to our labs on Sundays and Bank Holidays, please take this into consideration when returning your test.

Due to upcoming strikes, some Royal Mail services may be affected or delayed. We ask all customers to take this into account prior to making travel arrangements.

Uploading your Antigen Test Image

If you have uploaded your test cassette photo during the hours listed above, your result will be issued to you within no longer than 4 hours of upload.

For example, if you upload your test cassette image at 10 am on a Monday morning, your test will begin immediately. Your result would then be issued to you by 2:00 pm Monday afternoon.

If you have uploaded your test cassette photo outside of the hours listed above, your verification will begin at the start of the next working day.

For example, if you upload your test cassette image at 10 pm on a Monday night, your test will begin being processed at 8:30 am Tuesday morning. Your result would then be issued to you by 12:30 pm Tuesday.

Royal Mail Strike Update – 06.12.2022

We still encourage all customers to take the below dates into consideration when making travel arrangements as delays in the postal service may occur.

Due to upcoming strikes, some Royal Mail services will be affected or delayed. We ask all customers to take this into account prior to making travel arrangements.

Further strike action will be taking place on the below days:

  • Friday 9th December 2022
  • Monday 11th December 2022
  • Wednesday14th December 2022
  • Thursday 15th December 2022

Please note, due to the Royal Mail strike action our lab will not be receiving any deliveries on the dates above. Therefore, if you are traveling around these dates and require a PCR, our PCR test will not be suitable for you on this occasion and it is essential to take this into consideration.
