Over the holiday period, please be sure to check the opening hours for the services we offer in the table below.
Please do this before you make your purchase or post a test to one of our laboratories. This advice applies whether you have purchased directly from MyHealthChecked or from one of our retail partners.
We rely on the Royal Mail to deliver some of our products from our distribution centre to customers, and for the transportation of all completed test kits to our laboratories. At this time of year Royal Mail experiences exceptional demand and has issued specific guidance to customers on using their service at this time.

Last Order Date for Pre-Christmas Dispatch
Please place your order for any of products by 12:00pm on Wednesday 18th December 2024, for delivery before Christmas Day (this will be subject to Royal Mail deliveries).
Returning Completed Tests
DNA Sample Return
If you would like your DNA test result by 24thDecember 2024 you should post your sample no later than midday (12:00pm), Thursday12th December 2024. Our lab will issue your test results within 7-10 days of sample receipt.
*Please note that DNA samples remain stable for up to 14 days when packaged correctly. Please see our instructions for use.
Blood Sample Return
If you would like your blood test result by 24th December 2024 you should post your sample no later than midday (12:00pm), Thursday 12th December 2024.
Due to pressures on the postal system over this period, customers must not return blood samples between Friday 13th December2024and Thursday 2nd January 2025 inclusive. This is to avoid potential delays in the sample arriving at our laboratory, which may rend the sample void.
