Why test
Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients that help our bodies function properly. If we don't get enough of these nutrients through our diet and lifestyle, or if our bodies can't absorb and transport them effectively, it can affect our energy levels, immunity, and overall health.
These vitamins explored in this test have different but important functions.
Low levels of iron, folate or vitamin B12 may lead to anemia and symptoms such as tiredness, low energy levels or shortness of breath. Whereas low levels of vitamin D can lead to problems such as bone pain or muscle aches.
Our Vitamins & Minerals Blood Test was created by healthcare professionals to screen for nutrient deficiencies, and share clear next steps to help you strive to keep healthy, and reduce your risk of you developing serious health concerns in the future.
What our customers say
This is a slightly expensive product, and considering I have regular blood tests with my GP, I wasn't expecting much. Interestingly, the test showed I had a deficiency that my GP would never normally test for, so definitely worth the test. The results come analysed by a medical professional (so they understood why some of my results read they way they did, which on some people would be abnormal) and gave me a lot of confidence. I used these results to get my GP to carry out an additional test, which confirmed these results (I wasn't entirely confident that blood from a finger prick would work, but it did!) and I have an easy fix. I thought it would be harder to fill the little vial, but if you follow the instructions, it's surprisingly easy!
Taking the sample is fine and less hassle than going to the doctors, results back quickly with actionable advice. This is the way forward!
I had this test as we are trying for a baby and I’m keen to ensure that I’m as healthy as possible. The test itself was clear to follow. It’s a blood test so you do have to feel comfortable with pricking and collecting the sample yourself. I sent this away and within two days I had the results. A doctor actually looks at them and this was referenced when I logged in. It breaks down all of the vitamins (mine were all good) but even though they were fine, it still gives you suggestions as to what you can to do help further or maintain. Each one is broken down into clear information and you don’t have to be of medical background to understand it- would recommend.

How to use your blood test
Intended use
This kit is designed for adults (aged 18 and over) for the collection of capillary blood samples to be performed at home. These samples are then returned to a laboratory and analysed against a variety of biomarkers. This kit alone is not suitable for screening or diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a healthcare professional. Please note that you should always seek advice from your doctor before starting any treatment.
