Who is this test for?
This test is suited to all adults and will give an accurate indication of the levels of 5 key vitamins and minerals in your body, highlighting if you are deficient in any of these.
What you will discover
Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients that help our bodies function properly. If we don't get enough of these nutrients through our diet and lifestyle, or if our bodies can't absorb and transport them effectively, it can affect our energy levels, immunity, and overall health.
These vitamins have different but important functions. Low levels of iron, folate or Vitamin B12 may lead to anemia and symptoms such as tiredness, low energy levels or shortness of breath, whereas low levels of Vitamin D deficiency can lead to problems such as bone pain or muscle aches.
By taking this test, you can identify any potential vitamin or mineral deficiencies and understand if these are causing any symptoms you may be experiencing. This will enable you to take action and avoid more serious health concerns in the future.
What's analysed in this test?
