Who is this test for?
This test is suited to any adults who would like to understand why they are experiencing unexplained and ongoing low energy levels, including tiredness and lack of energy.
What you will discover
This comprehensive test will analyse your full blood count as well as other key biomarkers to give you an indication of whether an issue such as thyroid problems, vitamin deficiencies or anemia may be the cause of your reduced energy levels.
Tiredness and lack of energy can be caused by a wide range of different factors including diet, activity levels, hormones and age. However, if your lack of energy is persistent and unexplained, it could be a signal of a health concern that requires medical attention.
Our bodies rely on a wide range of vitamins, minerals, hormones and enzymes that all play an important role in maintaining our energy. If our levels of any of these are abnormal, it can leave us feeling tired and have a detrimental effect on our health and well being.
Taking this test could be the first step towards understanding the cause of your lack of energy. This may then allow you to make an informed decision about ways in which this can be corrected, which in turn may help to avoid more serious health concerns in the future.
