Considering the level of service you get with this product I feel that this product represents good value for money. Within the box is full instructions that are very thorough and the website provides additional video instructions that are useful too. You do have to prick your finger tips to add to the sample tubes and I thought that I just wouldn't get the amount of blood you need but if you follow all the instructions then there really is no problem. Once sent off I got an email the next day saying the sample had been received and then two days later the results with notes to help with understanding and recommendations. Considering you get cholesterol, full blood count, glucose and kidney and liver health I was very impressed.
