View Your MyHealthChecked Results in the NHS App

We’re partnered with Patients Know Best to make your test results easier to see directly from your NHS App.

We’re partnered with Patients Know Best (PKB), the UK’s leading personal health record platform, to offer you this free feature. By linking your MyHealthChecked results to PKB, you can store your results alongside NHS and other health data. This means you can also view them in the NHS App and the NHS Wales App.

Return to your dashboard to link your MyHealthChecked and PKB accounts

Patients Know Best (PKB) is a secure online platform that brings together all your health information, such as test results and care plans, in a single patient record. You can view your information directly in PKB, or conveniently in the NHS App, as well as share it with anyone you want to.

Connecting is easy. First you need a PKB account. It’s a simple, one-time registration using your NHS login. You then link your two accounts on the MyHealthChecked dashboard. Once set up, your results will automatically appear when available.

Once registered, open your NHS App and go to "Your health". You’ll find your test results under the “Test Results and imaging” section and any reports or plans under “Care plans”.

There are a couple of common reasons:

· Your account may not be fully connected. Just check the ‘Account’ section in your MyHealthChecked dashboard to make sure your registration is complete.

· This service is being expanded across England and Wales. Your region might not be live yet in the NHS App. Don’t worry, once your area is activated, your results will appear automatically. Updates happen regularly. Check which regions are currently live.
