Our blood and DNA tests are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, and our rapid tests are dispatched using first class shipping. Upon dispatch, you can expect delivery of your order within two to three working days. Please note Royal Mail does not deliver on weekends and Public Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your order is on its way. For Tracked 48 parcels, this will include a tracking number to help find out when your delivery will arrive.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to dispatch your item. We’ll send your kit to the address you give us when you place your order. Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver within one business day, but we are unable to guarantee Royal Mails delivery times and so advise ordering as early as possible to prevent disappointment. Please note, Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

MyHealthChecked uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 For Delivery, which aims for next working day delivery. Unfortunately postal and delivery services can sometimes be delayed during especially busy periods and this is outside our control. We understand it can be frustrating and we’re doing everything we can to avoid any hold-ups. Any delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers are unfortunately beyond our control. Orders can only be returned within 14 days of delivery, providing the outer packaging it arrives in has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with whatsoever.

Our kits are provided with a ready-to-use return postal bag and a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label. You can take this to any Royal Mail post box or post office.

A prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label is included in your kit. Royal Mail aims to deliver your kit within 2 working days.

Our lab will produce results within 10 working days from receipt at our lab.

Yes, this product can be gifted. Please ensure the kit is activated for the person who will be using the test.
