Important message regarding bank holiday deliveries

If you are travelling on or before the morning of Monday, August 30th, 2021, please note the following critical information before you look to return your sample:

Royal Mail – If you choose to use Royal Mail, please ensure that you post this via a Priority Post Box with a last collection time of no later than 12:00pm, Thursday August 26th, 2021. This is because Royal Mail will not deliver to us Sunday August 29th or Monday August 30th. Due to potential Bank Holiday postal delays, there may be a delay in your sample reaching us after this date and allowing us to process and issue you with results (within 24-36 hours from receipt), prior to Monday August 30th, 2021.

CitySprint - You now have the option to pay to send your COVID sample back to our lab via CitySprint same-day delivery, benefiting from a MyHealthChecked discount. Please be aware, this is a collection and same-day delivery service to the lab, not a priority or express service for the processing of your sample. Please visit this page for further details.

COVID Test Drop Box – hand delivery to Manchester - We can accept samples at any time into the MyHealthChecked COVID Drop Box located outside our lab at Rutherford House, 40 Pencroft Way, Manchester, M15 6SZ. Please note: the COVID Sample Drop Box is located outside of our main entrance of RUTHERFORD House. If you use a Sat Nav may direct you to the building next door (Greenheys) which also has a Drop Box. This is not the correct Drop Box for MyHealthChecked samples. Samples that are dropped after 11.30am on Sunday 29th Aug or Monday 30th Aug will not be processed until the following day.
