MyHealthChecked accepts no responsibility for delays in results or liability for any costs arising from any delay, disruption or cancellation of your travel plans directly or indirectly caused by the requirement to produce a certificate.

  • It is your responsibility to check what is required by your airline and destination country, and are clear on the timings before you purchase. We kindly advise our customers that it is their responsibility to work out the day in which they need to take their test, factoring in that results will be available within 2 hours from when the photograph of the cassette were uploaded.
  • Please note that your test result can be verified from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, and on weekends and bank holidays between 9:00am and 3:00pm. If you upload your test cassette photo after this period, your COVID-19 certificate will be issued on the next working day.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your full name, date of birth and passport number are entered correctly when registering your certificate test details. We are unable to change any details once your test has been verified.
  • Please note that MyHealthChecked is not responsible for any changes in your circumstances, or changes in Government directives regarding self-isolation. Therefore, if you have opened the package after your test kit arrived, you are not entitled to a refund, even if you no longer require the test.
  • MyHealthChecked it not responsible for any changes in the government travel requirements or restrictions and cannot provide any guidance on these. For up-to-date advice please visit www.gov.uk/coronavirus
  • Please note that next day delivery is possible if ordered before 12pm Monday – Friday and before 10am on Saturdays. If you are ordering your product after this period, it will be dispatched the next day (excluding Sundays).
  • Royal Mail aims to deliver within 24 hours, however in a small number of cases this may take longer. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
