  • As you have purchased your sample kit from Boots or Lloyds Pharmacy you will need to activate this via our dedicated website.
  • When you are ready to collect your sample and activate your test kit visit here to create an account and activate your kit.

  • Booking reference- Fit-to-Fly kits do not require a booking reference, please leave this field blank and select continue. On the next screen you will then be able to complete your activation.
  • Orders can only be returned within 14 days of delivery, providing the outer packaging it arrives in has not been opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way whatsoever. Please contact care@myhealthchecked.com and we will discuss your requirements.


Purchased a Day 2 or a Day 2 & Day 8 package from Boots

  • As you have purchased your sample kit from Boots you will need to activate this via the ReCoVa-19 customer portal.
  • When you are ready to do the test, go to the ReCoVa-19 portal and activate your test kit. Please click here and follow the instructions.

  • If you purchased your test kit from Boots and wish to return it, you will need to contact us in the first instance to obtain an approval code for Boots to process your refund. Please contact us via care@myhealthchecked.com.
