Receiving test kit
Royal Mail Tracked 24
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Same-day dispatch is possible if ordered Monday to Friday before 12 noon.
Sundays & Public Holidays
Please note Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays and we do not dispatch orders on these days.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to help find out when your delivery will arrive.
Royal Mail Delays
We cannot guarantee the Royal Mail service or delivery times as it is outside of our control. In the exceptional case where a product is out of stock or shipments are delayed, we will notify you immediately.
Sending your test kit back
Return your sample to our lab.
Simply pop your sample back in the box, seal it inside the postage bag with the prepaid returns label attached, and post it to our lab.
Email confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your sample has arrived in our lab and the process has started.
Results within 10 working days
Results will be sent out within 10 working days of scanning it into our system.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Royal Mail aims to deliver your sample to our lab in the next day.
Note: to track your test please make a note of your tracking number, as we do not keep a record of this.
